Can I access the facilities after I check out?

Once a guest has checked out they are unable to use the park facilities, including the pool area.

How many parking spots are included with my booking?

Guests are provided 1 free parking spot per booking. The park cannot accommodate a second vehicle.

How far away is the beach?

The patrolled beach area is only a 10 minute walk. If you need help with directions, please see our reception staff and they will be able to assist.

How far away are the theme parks?

Seaworld is only a 20 minute drive and all other theme parks are about 25-30 minutes by car. Public Transport is available from outside the park view the Translink website to plan your trip. We offer a FREE tour booking service in our reception for all local attractions, drop into your reception during your stay and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you.

When is the waterslide operational?

The water slide is operational between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please visit reception if the waterslide is turned off during operational hours.

Is the pool area supervised?

The pool area is unsupervised. We require a parent or guardian to supervise children under the age of 15 while in the pool area.

When can I use the pool area?

The pool area is open from 8:00am – Sunset.

What do I do if there is a problem with my accommodation?

If there are any problems with your accommodation, please inform the kiosk within 1 hour of check-in. Our team will do whatever we can to reasonably rectify the situation.

When is check in and check out time?

When is reception & the kiosk open?

Reception and the kiosk are both open Monday – Saturday from 8.00am – 6.00pm, and from 9.00am – 5.00pm on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Closed Christmas Day.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park.

Is your accommodation wheelchair accessible?

At this time we do not have wheelchair accessible accommodation. Although, we do continue to accept guests in wheelchairs.

What is the age range for infant, child and adult?

Infants are aged below 2 years old. Children are aged between 2 and 14. Adults are aged 15 years old and up.

Are portacots available?

Yes, they cost $15 for stays of 1 – 3 nights. Stays of 4 nights or more is $5 per night. Please see reception upon check in if you require a portacot.
