The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived! As of December 12th, 2025, the school bell has rung for the final time this year, and the long, glorious stretch of Summer Holidays has officially begun!
Here at Nobby Beach Holiday Village, we feel the palpable excitement in the air. We know that after a big year of learning and routine, the kids (and let’s be honest, the parents!) are ready for non-stop sunshine, beach time, and memory-making.

💡 Unleash the Imagination: Creative Holiday Ideas
While our activity program is packed with structured fun, summer is also the perfect time to let the kids’ imaginations run wild. Here are some fun, low-cost, and easy ideas to spark creativity during your stay with us:
1. The Pavement Picasso Challenge 🎨

The Idea: Grab some colourful chalk and let the kids transform the pathways and shaded areas of the Village into giant, temporary masterpieces.

The Twist: Set a theme each day, like “Under the Sea,” “A Day at the Beach,” or “Future Dream Holiday Destination.”
2. Nature’s Masterpiece Installation 🐚

The Idea: Head to the nearby beach or wander through the park grounds and collect natural materials—shells, smooth stones, driftwood, or fallen leaves.

The Twist: Challenge the kids to use only the gathered materials to create a temporary piece of art in the sand or on the grass. Snap a picture before the tide (or the lawnmower!) claims it!
3. The Great Holiday Movie Pitch 🎬

The Idea: Turn holiday downtime into a screenwriting session. Have your kids design a movie poster for a film about their summer holiday.
