Welcome to your comprehensive guide to Nobby Beach Holiday Village guest information.
Here, you’ll find all the essential details to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our award-winning holiday park on the Gold Coast.
Guest Satisfaction
At Nobby Beach Holiday Village, our goal is to ensure you have a fantastic stay, whether you’re relaxing in one of our modern villas, studios, or houses, or camping on a powered site. We are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional holiday experience.
If, for any reason, your accommodation doesn’t meet our high standards, please report the issue to reception within one hour of check-in. We will do everything reasonable to rectify the matter quickly, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time with us.
Please Note: In the event that you wish to change accommodation and our housekeeping team is required to make the accommodation ready for our next guest, a minimum fee of $85 will apply. This fee will apply per room for group bookings.
Park Rules
Accommodation
If there are any problems with your accommodation, please inform reception within 1 hour of check-in. We will do whatever we can to reasonably rectify the situation, If applicable, please ensure your BBQ, used utensils and crockery are cleaned and put away. A cleaning fee may apply.
After-Hours Emergencies
Please use the phone on the outside wall of reception (nearest the pedestrian gate) to speak with our after-hours manager.
In cases relating to fire, police or ambulance, please dial 000.

BBQ & Camp Kitchen
The modern camp kitchens are equipped with a 6-burner cooktop, BBQ’s, instant hot water boiler (in front camp kitchen only), fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwashing facilities. Please keep this area clean and tidy for the next guest.
Amenities
At Nobby Beach Holiday Village, we provide modern and convenient Gold Coast holiday park amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our park features two well-maintained amenities blocks available 24 hours a day exclusively for our guests. One is centrally located near the Basic Studios, while the other is positioned on the eastern side of the park for easy access.
Each amenities block includes clean and spacious men’s and ladies’ toilets and showers, plus one family-friendly bathroom complete with a baby bath and change table—perfect for guests travelling with little ones is located in the camp kitchen closest to the pool. Whether you’re camping or staying in a studio, you’ll enjoy easy access to all the facilities you need during your stay.
Check In & Check Out
Accommodation: Check-in is 2.00pm – Check-out is 10.00am
Caravan and Camp Sites: Check-in is 11.00am – Check-out is 10.00am
Upon arrival, please check in at reception. If you encounter any issues with your accommodation, inform reception within one hour of check-in so we can promptly address them. To avoid additional cleaning fees, ensure BBQs, utensils, and crockery are cleaned and stored appropriately.
Should you wish to check out before reception opens or extend your stay, please make alternate arrangements the day prior to departure.
Bicycles/scooters/rollerblades/skateboards, etc.
To be used during daylight hours only and are not allowed in the Pool, BBQ or entertainment areas, up near and behind the kiosk, and not on the accommodation pathways. Wearing helmets is necessary.
THE USE OF ELECTRIC BIKES AND SCOOTERS IS PROHIBITED IN OUR PARK.
Emergency Evacuation Point
Located outside the front gates on the Gold Coast Highway, in between the short-term parking area and highlighted with a red star on the Park Map.
Children
Adults/parents are responsible for all minors in their care. We ask that you take special care with the use of alcohol. It cannot be supplied or consumed by minors.
Gate Access & Entry
- Pedestrian Access: Use the code on your Park Map.
- Gold Coast Highway Gate: ENTRY ONLY.
- Hillcrest Parade Gate (Exit & Re-entry): Opens automatically for exits. Use your white fob for re-entry.
Housekeeping
All accommodation includes linen, bedding, and towels, along with a limited starter supply of consumables (e.g., toilet paper, soap). Please note that these supplies will not be replenished during your stay.
We kindly request that you leave your unit tidy upon check-out, including washing dishes and disposing of rubbish. A cleaning service fee will be charged if the accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Laundries
There are 2 laundries on-site (one next to the Basic Studios and the second in between the men’s and ladies’ back amenities).
They include coin-operated dryers and washing machines. 4x $1 coins are required for washing machines, and 2x $1 coins for dryers. Change is available for your convenience at the Kiosk during office hours.
Parking
One vehicle is allocated per site/accommodation. All other vehicles must be parked outside the park boundary.
Free roadside parking can be found on Kiers Road.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the park. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Pool Area, Playground & Waterslide
Playgrounds and Pool area: Staff cannot supervise children. Parents/guardians must actively supervise their children at all times. The use of any of the facilities in the park, including the pools, waterslide and playgrounds, are at your own risk, and you must ensure that you assess your own risk in using the equipment before using it. Please be aware that you indemnify Nobby Beach Holiday Village and take your own responsibility for using the facilities and participating in the use of the pools, waterslide and playground activities. Users of the pools, playgrounds and waterslide must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain. Alcohol is not permitted in these areas.
Pool area: The pool is open from 8am to sunset daily and encompasses 2 outdoor pools heated to a perfect 28 degrees for year-round fun! Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Children under 15 and anyone who is not a good swimmer must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is a competent swimmer. Running, bombing, diving and alcohol are not permitted in the fenced pool area. Balls and ball games are not permitted unless supervised by a park staff member. Glass or any other material that may cause contamination is not permitted. Please ensure you are clean before entering the pool. Appropriate Swimwear must be worn at all times, irrespective of age. Children who are not toilet-trained must wear swim nappies at all times.
Waterslide: Slip down our 35m MEGA waterslide, operating from 9am – 5pm. You must abide by all waterslide rules as displayed at the waterslide on the “Slide Rules” board. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, guests with casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on the waterslide. Please ask staff prior to participating if unsure.
Wristbands: Must be worn by all guests and visitors in the pool area.
Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park; you must obey these. The park is not liable for any personal injury or loss to any person using the pools, waterslide, playgrounds or any of the other facilities at Nobby Beach Holiday Village.
Quiet Time & Noise
Everyone is here for a good time, and a good time means something different to everyone, so we ask that noise be kept to a minimum at all times. Young and old enjoy a sleep-in after an exhausting day of entertainment or just lazing by the pool, so please observe ‘quiet time’ from:

Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Please respect those sleeping in or winding down.

General Noise: Keep volumes mindful at all times so everyone can enjoy their stay.

Guest Conduct: Be kind and considerate. Rough, disruptive, or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated.
Rubbish
To keep the park clean and tidy for everyone please use the appropriate rubbish containers placed throughout the park, which are marked on your park map.
Reception & Kiosk Hours
8am–6pm Monday – Saturday
9am–5pm Sunday and Public Holidays
Board Games and DVDs can be hired for free from the Kiosk.
Security
While we do our best to ensure a secure environment, we recommend securing items of value left outside your tent, caravan or accommodation during the day and night.
Speed Limit
The speed limit for all vehicles is 5km within the park boundaries.
The Hub/ Games Room
Is a multipurpose room located opposite the Ninja Playground and includes a TV, games, books and an oven. It is used as a Kids’ Club during School Holidays and can be hired out by groups.
Board Games and DVDs can be hired for free from the Kiosk.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation or in any of the buildings, common areas, the pool area, BBQ or entertainment areas or where there is play equipment. If you smoke in accommodation there is a cleaning fee of $175.
Vehicles
The speed limit for all vehicles including cars, bikes, skateboards, scooters and motorbikes is 5km. Only one vehicle is allowed per site and must be parked in your allocated car park. Given our limited parking, all other vehicles must be parked outside of the Holiday Villlage boundary. For everyone’s safety, skateboards, rollerblades, bikes and etc are not permitted to be used after dark.
Visitors

Registration & Fees: All visitors must register at the office on arrival. Day use of facilities (pool, showers, etc.) or overnight stays require prior registration and fee payment.

Parking: All visitor vehicles must park outside the Holiday Village boundary. Parking is not permitted inside the park or in our short-term parking bays.

Responsibility: Visitors are welcome only while you are on-site. You are fully responsible for your guests’ behaviour at all times.
WiFi
FREE WiFi is available for all guests up to 7GB per booking. Please note, this does not support streaming of Netflix, etc., and has limited service in areas of the park.

IMPORTANT / NOT ALLOWED
Please be kind, courteous and considerate to others. Unlawful or excessive/aggressive acts will not be tolerated. Violence, vandalism, theft, use of illegal drugs, abusive behavior, bad language or intimidating behavior of other park facilities, park equipment, tenants or their belongings, park holiday guests or visitors, park management or employees will not be tolerated. All of these acts are considered unlawful in the opinion of management.
For the benefit of all tenants, guests, employees and contractors on site, any unlawful act will not be tolerated by park management and you may be asked to remove yourself from the Holiday Park.
