We’re thrilled to share the latest updates about the changes to our entrance and reception systems designed to bring you a safer, more efficient check-in experience.
🚪 What’s New?
As of 8 August 2025, our main entrance at 2200 Gold Coast Highway, Miami will reopen for guest check-in. The 1 Hillcrest Parade gate will remain in use — not for arrivals, but for guest exits and re-entry for guests who have already checked in. Our reception has moved back to 2200 Gold Coast Highway, where guests can enjoy a single convenient location for both check-in and kiosk shopping. The Hillcrest Parade kiosk will close.

🛣️ How to Get Here
The entrance will be fully accessible from the Gold Coast Highway from the 8th August 2025. For driving or public transport directions, please refer to our arrival guide below.
Arriving by Car
From the 8th August 2025, all guests should use the entrance at 2200 Gold Coast Highway, Miami for check-in. Once checked in, use the Hillcrest Parade gate only for exiting and re-entry.
From the Gold Coast Highway (Southbound or Northbound):

Follow the Gold Coast Highway to Miami.

Turn into the property at 2200 Gold Coast Highway, Miami.

Reception and kiosk are immediately inside—your one-stop for check-in and guest supplies.
From the M1 (Brisbane direction):

Exit 85 and head to Reedy Creek Road.

Continue to the Gold Coast Highway, turn left toward Miami.

Follow signage to 2200 Gold Coast Highway, then enter for check-in.
From the M1 (New South Wales direction):

Exit 87, head via Bermuda Street and Reedy Creek Road to the Gold Coast Highway.

Proceed north to Miami and enter through 2200 Gold Coast Highway for check-in.
Arriving by Bus or Public Transport

Take Surfside Bus 700 or 777 to Nobby Beach Shops stop.

Walk south along the Gold Coast Highway and enter the village at 2200 Gold Coast Highway.

After check-in, pedestrian access to the park is seamless via our kiosk entrance.
📍 Why We Made the Change
The Hillcrest Parade entrance, introduced in February 2023, was designed to better accommodate caravans and reduce highway congestion and noise during the nearby light rail construction. Now, with the light rail works nearing completion and valuable feedback from our guests, we’re excited to return to our Gold Coast Highway entrance—offering greater convenience and seamless access to the Nobby Beach precinct.
