Meet Sophie: The Newest (and Tech-Savviest!) Addition to Our Team 🤖✨
At our park, we are always looking for ways to make your holiday experience smoother, easier, and more enjoyable. Today, we are thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our crew: Sophie!
If you give us a call soon, you might notice something a little different. Sophie is our brand-new AI voice agent, and she is here to make sure you never have to wait long for the help you need.
Who is Sophie?
Sophie is currently in her “training” phase. You could say she’s a bit like a new apprentice—she’s learning the ropes, she’s a little bit nervous, but she is incredibly eager to assist our guests.
Because she’s a voice agent, she lives right in our phone system. When our front desk team is busy helping guests in person, or if you call us after our office has closed for the day, Sophie will be there to greet you with a friendly “hello!”
