A personal BBQ is included in all our Villas and Houses
Steaks, sausages, onions, bacon, and eggs are commonplace on our ziggy BBQs, but did you know you can cook fish, roast beef/ lamb, and even bake a cake.
- Simply place your food in an aluminium drip pan or wrap in aluminium foil.
- Pre-heat with both burners on HIGH and the hood closed for 3 mins / until 200ºC.
- Once pre-heated (ensure the hood is closed), turn to LOW and turn OFF one of the burners. Position the food on the grill over the OFF burner. For roasting most foods, aim to keep the thermometer around 200ºC to avoid burning.
